Deron Smith is a minister, author, entrepreneur, and retired software developer based in Roanoke, Virginia. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology and is a Sunset International Bible Institute student.  With a strong background in Manufacturing Execution System design and integration, Deron has worked extensively in the automotive industry, integrating technologies such as Oracle, Kepware OPC, and Allen-Bradley PLC. Now focused on ministry and leadership development through Life Leadership, he helps others grow spiritually, personally, professionally, and financially.
